ID big game question

So with it being time to put in for Idaho big game tags, I have a question. (i may have asked before)
I want to put in for a low tag quota deer hunt for my 1st choice and an unlimited tag quota deer hunt for my 2nd choice. Does this guarantee me a tag on the unlimited hunt even though it is my 2nd choice?????

It's not clear to me what you are asking.

If you apply as you described, you should draw for something. Could be first choice but likely will be second choice. I said should, because they cap some draws at 10% out of state. I don't know if they do that on the un-limited draws. If they do, you might not draw at all.

I do the same thing every once in a while and as far as I know the 2nd chance unlimited is a guarantee.

Thanks, I called the fish and game and they said I should get the unlimited tag as well.
