Bath puff for bait netting?
#1
I was in Winco last week and they had a bin of those poofy bath scrubbers made out of elastic nylon for a buck each. I'm looking for cheap bait netting for stuff like chicken liver and spawn bags, and one of these seemed like it might work. Has anyone tried it?

Why not just use this? http://atlasmikes.com/index.php?page=product&id=195

It would be hard to get something much cheaper, IMO. Those as linked above and some http://atlasmikes.com/index.php?page=product&id=287 and you should be set.

That's what I'm using now. The regular spawn netting is OK for roe, but it sucks for liver. The 3"x3" size is too small for chunks larger than a quarter, and cutting bigger pieces off the roll and tying them up ahead of time is a pain. I'd rather buy fresh liver on the way. This stuff seems stretchy enough it wouldn't need tying at all. Just put the bait in the middle and run the netting over the hook point at the corners.
