Is there anyone out there in the wide universe that knows anything about Starvation for smallmouth? I am wanting to drive up and fish around the bank.

fish by the ramp and the small cove to the left and down the gravel bank towards the dam cranks and dropshots will do the trick

Look for rocky areas that would provide cover for the bass. Drag a small jig or crank by it and they will hit it. Also wading out a little bit always helps too. The water is comfortable enough right now that it is a great way to beat the heat as well.
