Went out to CJ a couple of days ago with the family. Found lots of perch but most were pretty small. Also found lots of crappie but they were also pretty small. Decided to go after smallies and had a great time catching quite a few with the family. Even managed to catch 2 on one lure right before quittin' time.

Had the same experience last Wed. Lots of perch all small. No crappie though, bummer. Like you went for the smallies lots of them but only a few keepers. Good day anyway, beautiful morning just the right temperature. Thanks for your input, helps to know if you are way off base or just part of the group.
