2014 will be an adventure

My fishing partner and I have decided to change it up this year and try something new. We are planning to fish somewhere new for at least one of us on EVERY trip for 2014. This should be a great way to get to know some new areas better and have some fun at the same time. I want to keep a fishing journal this year so I can remember where I catch certain species of fish and things like that. Does anyone have a format that they really like? Any ideas and help is greatly appreciated.

I use an excel spreadsheet. It is very easy to organize large amounts of information for quick reference. You can create tabs for each body of water. You can input things like weather, lure, species, number of fish caught, date, time of day, largest fish, river flow (cfs), etc...
