yuba icing pike and eyes..
#1
got down to yuba today.. got there around 10:00.. got out and made the long walk to the area i wanted to try.. was a good call. first fish of the day was a 16 inch walleye. then lost 3 more at the hole.. had some perch coming through here and there all day along with some pike.. my buddy hooked one that was around 8 to 10 lbs he tryed to pull it out of the hole and got half way out and poped the hook was fun to watch tho. around 4:00 it just went dead so we called it a day.. we had 4 bite offs and i dont know how many we lost at the hole or got half way up and they pop off.. was really fun day tho.. all together 1 walleye, 6 pike, and 6 perch made it out the holes all but one pike made its way back tho..lol the pike, perch, and eye made it to the dinner plate lol

That's awesome! I fished Yuba a little this summer. If you don't mind me asking, how deep of water are you fishing? What bait do you use to target the pike??
