Had a great bunch of folks out this morning for the event. They really put on a great tournament. Thanks to all the ladies that put that one together. Really nice! emoThanks We were not too sure how we were going to look up against some of those crappie guys. With minnows allowed, trolling allowed, plainer boards and multiple rods at one time we thought we were going to get spanked. emoBig
We faired not too shabby for two old ugly boys shooting docks and rocks all morning. We boated 48 crappie today (maybe 30 keepers) and never found anything big. We had one 12 incher and several eleven inchers to make up our best five crappie. Our best five weighed 4.02 lbs. We waited to bring ours up to see how we would look. After one five plus limit and two 4.40 limits we knew bringing ours up would be a waste of time so we never did. Looking and seeing what the rest of the bunch had we would have been about in the middle of the pack I think. I am sure they will be posting the winners soon. I do remember that the two 4.40 weights were forth and fifth.<br /><br />Thanks again for all the hard work, it was a lot of fun. emoDance Jmax
