Has anyone fished Echo yet? Wondering if the fishing has picked up at all. It was pretty slow during ice fishing season. I heard the water is on the rise and last article I read said they were ahead of schedule on the dam repair and would finish this spring and allow the reservoir to fill up as normal. Any reports would be appreciated.
