finally got back to the berry on Monday. I found the lake is starting to show more more algae. but no floating mats yet. tried to find some kokanee but I just didn't mark any in the usual places so switched over to rmt mojo melon squids. and fished from the top down to about 25 feet that did the trick started off with some nice fat rainbows . found most active fish were closer to shore. it won't be to long before we will be slaying fish casting tube into shore[cool]. we ended up with about 20 to 25 fish all in all a nice day.

that is one Squid I do not have but I can see why it would work for rainbows, maybe with a Watermelon dodger.
I was at the berry A week before laber day and only got one Koke.
so no more fishing for Kokes for me.

yeah I think kokanee are done for this year.i think they like the green and gold sparkle on that one I don't use it much but man it works on trout. my best dodger was a fusion.
