Quick Pineview trip
#1
Decided to cast a few nightcrawlers into the north fork area of the reservoir. I tried on the bottom and also with a float. I was able to pull in one small bulkhead catfish and had one other quick bite. Water waa semi-clear and not much traffic on the lake. Does anyone know where I can get some perch or crappie from shore right now?

Happy fishing

Justin, there are crappie and perch, plus the occasional bass, being caught from the docks at Port Ramp. But they are working to pull up the access ramp, so if you want to try that, you'd better get there soon.

Who? Me? I went to Willard and Pineview this week. Before that, a couple trips to East Canyon. And I enjoyed a delightful invite to fish the 'Berry once.

I'm done with Willard this year except perhaps for an ice trip. It'll be P'View and Mantua mostly from now until Spring, but I'd like to make a trip to Jordanelle or Deer Creek before ice-up.
