I'm exhausted

Okay so I went ice fishing. Over all what a blast! It is very tiring toting all that crap guess you could really use a sled. I did find that the rod and reel were about the heaviest rig I'v had a fish on in a very long time. Must get something a little more comfortable to fish. It was an absolutely beautiful day. Sunburn and everything. Great fun. The perch were very small 4-8 inches and not much of a fight but the company was great. More of a social event than fly fishing. more docile.

Well what you need to do next time is Wink alot, act Confused, and a little bewildered, and say ooh I just dont know what I am going to do, and guess what BANG! you got a few men and some Boys carrying your stuff for you or putting it on there sleds and dragging it for you, or if your lucky you might get a free ride on a quad or a snowmobile to your spot. Heck work it girl, work it. I would but no one wants to help out this ICEHOLE. [Wink] But glad to see some women getting into this, it sure beats the malls. and it makes it very nice for us hard water anglers when all we are used to seeing is the other ugly icers...

Right on Girl, but hey fishing is a sport, not much in the cardio vasuclar area, but, hey I guess you get your heart pumping dragging that stuff, but wearing a Bikini while doing it, now thats hard core, I can say this without hesitation or reservation, you wear a bikini out there you aint gotta drill one hole, you aint gotta tote anything, hell you wont have to worry about bringing bait either,lmao.... [Wink] work it girl, but when you do decide to go out in that bikini, hey do me a favor, PM me ok, I would be glad to drag your stuff, ha ha haaa, but sincerely good luck on the ice, and this is a great web site for real time info, and tips, and hard water sure beats the winter doldrums. My son is still discovering just how relaxing this sport is. When we go ocean fishing, he never knows what he might pull up on the end of his line. When we go float tubing, we never know how far we are going to park away from the lake and have to carry our equipment for a long distance.

sounds like you got a work out,

what all were you packing?

the only time I use a sled is when haul out a power auger. most of the time I take out a hand auger a buckes that caries everything I need. my bait rod tipup and lantern.

I spent a lot of time looking for items that would all fit in the bucket for my trip.
