The big bugs are all the way up to mesa falls already. Fished today. Caught a few but the fish are so gorged they aren't feeding real well. Still managed a few decent fish on salmon fly dries. Couple browns and a few bows. Took a couple of pretty cool pictures while I took a break.

Wow its a couple weeks a head of schedule, looks like I will miss it this year. We are headed up Thursday for the long weekend and most years that hits it pretty good between St Anthony and Ashton. Guess it will just be the opener on Henry's and float tube a back country lake that just iced off.

The saturated colors in the last photo are incredible. Why can't I capture that in my oil paintings?!! I would submit that picture in some photo competitions/state fairs, etc. Thanks for sharing. Mike
