East Canyon and Rockport from Shore

Figured I'd post and share my Sunday and Monday trips to two local reservoirs.
Tried my luck at East Canyon on Sunday fished mid morning til noon from shore with Power Bait. Beautiful day. Manged three small rainbows all small in size less then 12 inches. Released to grow bigger.
Tried Rockport on Monday morning. Shore fished again with Power Bait. Very slow but another nice day to be out. Caught one very small rainbow maybe 7 inches in length. Back in the water he went.

Very few people and only a boat or two at both reservoirs.

Thanks for the report. My theory is, nice weather, slow fishing. The moon is almost full too.

Was there any ice starting to form at East Canyon?

I'm planning on fishing either there or Lost Creek in my tube on Black Friday.
