2015 Fish of the Year

Well it is time again to post them up.

My favorite trip is a tie. I took two Noobs sturgeon fishing. They had never been in a pontoon before and neither had ever tackled a sturg. Both of these guys had 4 fish days.





Due to my Uncle being sick all year I didn't get the chance to fish like I normally do. I did catch a pile of fish but not like normal. got 150 cats this year and 20 sturgeon.

Mine were all largemouth and caught in the spring. I caught three at 21" that were nice and heavy.

I also caught a new personal best for length at 22", though unfortunately she must have just spawned because she was very skinny.

. I liked this fly rod steelie I got out of the South Fork Clearwater last spring. He knocked the cork loose on my handle but I was able to land him.
