19 inches of ice, edges were fine we we came off at 1pm. Lots of perch!

I too was at starvation this morning. I fished south of the bridge in 24 ft of water and the fish were stacked from bottom to about 6 ft up. Ice was 15 inches and the edge is starting to soften near the bridge.
