Fished huntington state park last week for a couple hours. Had lots of small hits on tube jig but no hookups. Put on a silver jake and bam!! A 13" rainbow. It seemed like small fish were up close to rocky shore.

Went down to pick up my deer meat last Friday. We fished it for about 3 hours. Caught fish on about every other cast. All were between 11 and 14" with 1 fish that went 18".
A pistol pete behind a bubble clear full of water to get it down off the surface was the ticket
