I completely agree!!! It is Sad and aggrevating to see all around this state and the west. But most of these reservoirs were built for one reason and that is water for culinary and aggriculture. I have spoke with alot fisheries dying and drying up of DWR employees over this subject and they are as upset as we are, but there is nothing they can do. When coming to resources like water, when there isnt any, it is up to the big guy in the sky. No one likes to see fisheries die or watch major money making recreation areas, become unaccessable due to low water.
