Dead water

Maybe it's natures way of protecting the few fish that are actually in the system. I think the fish are still low for the most part. It's not the ice that gets them moving, it is the water temperature. This recent weather will keep them hunkered down I think. Hopefully we at least get a little time to get hooked up a little bit. We will see. I'm going to take the optimistic route on this one. I have way too much gear that I need to lose or my wife is going to start questioning my spending...
