Good for you Chris, thanks for sharing this info. Many of us do practice C & R but those in our area that keep everything they catch, regardless of the size or limits, we call them Happy Harvesters. Some times this happens because they just do not know better or thats what they did in the country they came from or some just believe that it's their right because, "They paid for a license" but I hope they all learn, it is not a sustainable thing to do. I keep only fish I eat and stop keeping them when I have enough, hopefully with forums like this, the message will get through to some of those Happy Harvesters.
