Do they know what they are doing? With no mix water henceforth and currently very ugly water all the way to American Falls what kind of fishing season will there be this year on the South Fork. The conditions are going to get worse and if they fill Pali
es the water will be muddy coming out below for how long? I don't know the math but it has been a lot of years since the Snake System has been full. The last time they ran water early they only filled the system to 86%. Hope to high heck they know what they are doing and don't end up getting things only 70% full. I do not know what kind of buffer they have but the downside ramifications are immense if they fail to get the system full again.
