Hi there Bassmaster-ND,
It is a well known fact that, unlike other state's snow and ice, California snow is always light and fluffy, never wet and always falls vertically like... straight down... never getting into folds of clothes or down collars.
Our ice, likewise, is warm to the touch, easily drilled, builds up to a very safe thicknesses almost instatinously, and has a surface that no one ever slips on.
Just thought you'd like to know the true facts of the matter.
