I think wind becomes the limiting factor. I've taken my toon to Bear Lake on open years after the Cisco but if there's any wind it's a no go for me in the toon and then I don't dare go very far out in case the w shows up. So I'd say possible but limited window. The cold isn't as much of a factor as you'd think. Like TD said with a few layers you can stay warm. Be careful if you try it. Be careful not too stay out too long, sometimes I've gotten colder than I realized and body parts start to cramp and not work as expected. Bad part was I really didn't think I was that cold. Later J
