You can usually rent gear from the landing if you are going on an open party boat. A chartered boat will have what you need some of the times. It all depends on how inclusive the charter is.

Some people confuse the word "Charter" with a reservation on an Open Party Boat. Either way, fishing is fishing. Either way, bait is supplied but not always tackle.
