Access to Utah Lake pumphouse???

Thinking about hitting the pumps Friday morning. Can u pull a sled full of gear or do u have to go clear around and over the bridge and take the small trail. Anyway where are the access points at the current time? Also, what has been working well for the pan fish in there??
