You should be made to purchase ONE QR code sticker. Put a gate at the top of each ramp then the scan of the QR opens or denies. Every bit of tracking info for that boats history would be right there. We usually launch from Lucerne and have been checked on the water in WY, no mention was made or asked if we had an inspection. Our boat pretty much lives at the gorge aside from a few other koke waters, so mussels have never been an issue.
