Kokanee salmon on grill: tin foil under, curl up edges to retain juices...little olive oil top and bottom, sprinkle with lemon pepper, 2 small pats of butter per fillet, sprinkle also with Louisiana Cajun Seasoning....grill 7 to 10 minutes (depending on how big or TINY your Kokes are) You and your guests will be thrilled... I did it for 10 guests on Father's Day.....Guluk....
