Why no fishing from the dock???

You are totally right on there being fish in other parts the main problem is trees and weeds tear up a cast net very fast. as for the dock rental I was quoting there monthly slip price with power.

like I said I can not argue against your if people can not be ethical around each other then it will never work and if there is people out there with lounge chairs fishing from the dock that's just ridiculous.

But it is hard for a family with young kids to go catch crawfish during the day from shore with a string and chicken. I know they could go invest in traps but little kids seam to injoy the string and chicken much much more...

I probably came off like a jerk in the last post but did not mean to but there is still no fishing from the dock slips even if you rent the slip. maybe they do not in force it but it says it on those docks also no fishing or crawfishing...

I did go out tonight to Willard bays fishing dock and try my luck also seen a family there enjoying some fishing time with there little ones I think that would be great up at strawberry but the way they build those fishing docks looks like it might be hard for folks to crawfish from. ..
