Downrigger/Kokanee Seminar in Heber

Got out today....nice 2 man Koke limit....no 'hot' action like back in June, and no 'lunkers', but all nice fish....I did get to check out my "negative or positive ions" on my downrigger cable....brought my multi-meter along and I think we got it figured out.....looked like it measured .063 something or other, so I called it good....went red to cable, and black to metal gas tank....so I think that was a good connection.....anyhow, nice A.M. out on the water....Guluk....
