Last time I saw any was in 2002 when I drew a LE deer tag in Utah for the Vernon unit. That year there was a Mormon cricket infestation. There were literally millions upon millions of them out in that desert. During the summer when I went out there scouting I slept in the back of my truck. They were so loud at night moving around in the bushes and such it sounded like people were walking around my camp all night long.
