Finesse lures aren't just for panfish

Wow, that is a lot of snow this early, we have received over 20" in our high mountains near certain ski resorts but down here is the Valley we are just getting rain so far and cold temps, 25 degrees right now. Too bad the fish aren't biting, sounds like the weather put the stop on the good Fall bite. Trout are still biting here and cats but everything else has slowed way down.
