[#0000FF]I was making reference to Utah laws regarding "donating" fish. I can understand the laws, when high cost hatchery pets are concerned. But can't wrap my head around people getting citations for giving away white bass.

The following are the only places where
you may donate or give protected aquatic
wildlife or its parts to another person:
• The permanent residence of the donor
• The permanent residence of the recipient
• A meat locker
• A storage plant
• A meat-processing facility
