This has been a bad year for us float tubers.[:/]
The last few years there has been open water somewhere all winter to dip the tube.
To show you how bad it's been, a friend and I are going to try JV on Friday. We don't have high expectations, especially after TOPH2O's report, but at least we'll be fishing.[
