Why would they close off the road though? Just don’t plow it after the next snowfall but continue to let trucks and vehicles drive on it at their own risk. The road has about a centimeter of compacted snow. Otherwise the road is completely safe to drive in right now. Seems lame to close the road when it’s completely fine.
