Craig, we will need to do a sign up RSVP type deal and then add 25% for the folks that decide the morning of the event to go anyway... We always have had more show up than gives us a heads up that they are coming, but we need to let them know if they don't sign up, they are on the bubble of not getting hush puppies, not the folks fix'en the food... Which usually has happened, the guys fix'en the food end up going without... Last year we estimated the crowd around 60-65 people that dropped in... New location will likely draw a little different group, but may increase in numbers since we seem to have a lot of Utah county folks on line, plus the northerners will likely not want to miss out on hush puppies and poaching a Utah Lake Cat for the contest...
