Gift for a charter boat captain

I was wondering if I could get some suggestions. A boat captain has been extremely considerate to my father over the past year as my father was going through cancer treatments. He took him on several free trips when other parties canceled and has called him about every couple weeks to check in on him. I would like to get him a unique thank you gift and was wondering if you all could point me in the right direction.
