Is there safe ice yet?

I have a hunch that it will pull easier, even by hand. A lot less drag in the snow and slush if it will stay on top of the snow than pulling that Jet Sled by itself. I believe it still leaves enough room to put a jet sled, or similar, on top of my sled in the Armada.
