Utah actually has a document library online, https://digitallibrary.utah.gov/awweb/aw...item=13846. People like me get obsessive about that kind of history but then again, you never know when it might be useful to know if regs were changed....maybe knowing when there was a complete die off or something similar. Here's the page from the 2009 guidebook that has the Minersville regs, just for reference.
