PROVER RIVER EYE'S?

Here's a question to you fishing know it alls. Everyone talks about going for the eyes in Provo river and wondering when they will be heading there. I thought the river was closed in March and if so where are people planning on going to catch the eyes when it does close? Any info on the closures and spots and tactics to catch some eyes would be very appreciated, as always.
