I do understand the "bum knee" . Had one of those about 8 years ago, but I was fortunate, the Doc fixed mine with 3 little holes, a arthroscopic camera, and some expert meniscus manipulation. Only after affect, now I can't forecast rainy weather.
I did have reconstructive surgery done on my left foot back in 2011. Fixed the broken bones, but it has never felt normal or pain-free since.
