A flasher is similar to a dodger. My understanding is that a flasher usually spins while a dodger wobbles back and forth. The trolling rig that I'm going to try out is a kokanee rig that is similar to a cowbell trolling rig. I want to jig an ice fly under a Rocky Mountain Tackle trolling dodger near the flasher setup.
