I hope I have explained it correctly,  maybe this will help, look up why you cannot have dogs on Deer Creek res, the answer will surprise you, Im not even sure if Bob knows. but I bet he can find it.

  Deer Creek State Park is a watershed, thus dogs are only allowed in the campground.  Some watersheds around the state (Dell Reservoir for one) don't allow dogs at any time.  Some nonsense about folks not wanting their drinking water polluted with dog doodoo.
