Cool pictures! Man, those are some tight quarters... I would probably lose half my flies to the canopy Big Grin
Mill Creek is one of the tighter creeks to fish. I find it more enjoyable using a fly rod in the 6 ft and 0-1 wt range. Lose less flies and still get to cast some. It's probable one of the few places around a Tenkara rod actually make sense. Now that the Tenkara fad is over, it might be worth looking at getting a lightly used rod on the cheap. Because I need my 13th rod  Big Grin to fly fish with.
