Oops! Now I know where the authority came from - the @*&^%$* non-elected (*&*^%$ Parks Board. The protest shouldn't be on the lake, it should be at the next Parks Board meeting. It would be interesting to know how many of those Park Board members actually own, and regularly use, a fishing boat.
