Scofield Through the Ice 11-25-2020
#6
Catchinon and I returned to Scofield today and picked up where I left off the other day. Sizes were a little larger and some tiger trout came to play. Largest tiger and cutthroat were 17", and largest rainbow was 15-1/2". Tried a few different jigs today. Seemed chub meat was still the most popular bait by far. Final count for me was 14 cutthroats, 7 rainbows, and 3 tigers.

Ice was a little thicker but not a lot thicker. We could see where someone had been on the ice between some docks. We chose to fish from the docks through the ice in the interest of common sense and safety. We talked to a couple of people who said there were a couple of tents out on the dam arm. Still a little "puckery" for us!
