I would guess they would discourage collecting them -- after all, they just had a pesticide applied to them the kill them. But, in all reality, the pesticide would be harmless to you. Still, I believe they would discourage any harvest of them.

I don't know that they'd stop you from doing it, however.

If I wanted chubs -- I'd go get some prior to them being poisoned.
