The cot worked just fine. The bag was too small. It was the best that I could find in our collection. It kept me warm enough with all my clothes on except my boots. Another issue is that we set it up inside a smaller tent, a 3-4 person. It fit like a sardine across corners from one door to the other. I will never do that again unless it's a much smaller cot. Well, I may never camp on a lake again for that matter. Scott, I'm looking for a bag that will fit the bill. I decided that 0° bags are only good through fall. What I need is a 4-season bag with some extra space in it.
The older I get the more I would rather be considered a good man than a good fisherman.
