What part of the Weber do you consider "Lower Weber"?  Not familiar with what people consider Upper, Mid, Lower,...etc.  I fished the Weber yesterday as well and did quite well on a similar lure.

Wiperhunter was right on his assessment.  I consider from the mouth of Weber Canyon in Uintah/So. Weber all the way to where it goes under I-15 out by 12th st in Ogden as the lower Weber..
