All I got to say is don't pass the buck down to the staff, any problems here are not in any way associated with them. I went to Bear Lake today with the grandkids and the attendant led me along to assure I asked the right questions to get the senior prorate for the remainder of the year, which I'm totally OK with. Apparent lack of transparency and consistency is my entire gripe here, ans that is in no way on the front line staff.
