The 6:00 AM rule really grinds my gears at Deer Creek. There is a sizeable portion of the summer where it is light well before 6:00 AM. That first sliver of light is often times the best fishing. Not to mention avoiding the wake surfing numb-skulls, like you said.

Don't tell the public when they can use their public resources.
