Normally I would suggest a quick run over to Newton and you could get a bunch of small ones, but it seems to have really been hurt by water levels.
Echo looked like it was starting to clear up near the dam but I have not heard a reliable report of perch yet. The level has came way up - fast - so perch may be chasing new territory and not settled yet. A lot of the brush is just getting submerged so the young should have some cover. I will likey try it mid week and can let you know.
Rockport is pretty stained. I have not heard a good report from any of my friends in that area yet but I will also likey give it a go in the next 10 days. My personal opinion is it will be a bit longer though.
East Canyon, I would pass on perch efforts.
Now the wild card is Pineview. I really like spring fishing for panfish at PV but I have heard nothing this spring and some really good ice fishermen had a hard time finding perch this winter. Not sure what awaits us with perch this spring but the Crappie ought to be in the normal spots.
Not much help really but in 10 days or so I should have a few reports

Remember: keep the lid on the worms, share your jerky, and stop by to say hi to Cookie and the Cowboy-Pirate crew
